CONSULTING
Program Management
With you ISN program I will fully manage your ISN account, including maintaining your company profile, insurance documents, safety statistics, and all required regulatory information. This also includes uploading and updating RAVS programs, monitoring grades, keeping documents current, responding to client requests, and staying ahead of any upcoming expirations or deficiencies. I will also handle employee training documentation, roster updates, and monthly/quarterly submissions to ensure your account stays compliant and audit‑ready. For this program and your Empower account only, I charge $375 monthly.
Empower is an application built into your ISN account. Since you are already paying for it on the Hiring Client side at no additional cost, we would just like to put it to work for you. With Empower Management I will oversee your Empower compliance and training system, including maintaining employee profiles, uploading certifications, tracking expiration dates, and ensuring all qualifications meet client requirements. Additionally, I will implement a new‑hire training tracker and LMS profile system. Every new employee will be entered into the LMS with a complete digital profile. All valid certifications will be uploaded and tracked automatically. Each employee will receive a photo ID card with a scannable QR code, which allows supervisors or clients to instantly verify credentials, training dates, and expiration status in the field. This system keeps your workforce organized, compliant, and easy to validate.
With your SSQ or Veriforce One account I will manage your SSQ account by maintaining your company profile, uploading required documentation, monitoring compliance status, and addressing any deficiencies or client‑specific requests. This will also include communication with your POC regarding Flextrack hours and Quarterly reporting. Please note that with this program some customers will require program reviews. I do charge separately for program reviews because they are very tedious and take one to two hours per program to complete the questionnaire. Also please note that these reviews depend solely on the customers you have on this platform and are only done once, so this will not be a continuous charge.
